  • Our multi-media conference room is available from¬†9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.¬†
  • Extended and weekend hours are available as well.

Conference Room Accommodates:

  • 19' X 19'
  • 26 persons seated at tables
  • 57 persons in chairs (auditorium style)

Tables and chairs are provided by Port Angeles Business Central.

  • Rates:
    • 1 Hour for $30 ($30/hr)
    • 2 Hours for $58 ($29/hr)
    • 3 Hours for $84 ($28/hr)
    • 4 Hours for $108 ($27/hr)
    • 5 Hours for $130 ($26/hr)
    • 6 Hours for $150 ($25/hr)
    • 7 Hours for $168 ($24/hr)
    • 8+ Hours for $176 ($22/hr)

Let us know how you want the conference room prepared and what you will need and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Setup to your specifications
    • Conference Style (tables & chairs)
    • Auditorium Style (chairs in rows)
  • On-site Staff Support
  • High speed internet
  • Lectern
  • Whiteboard
  • Flip chart easel (bring your own pad - available from Office Depot in Sequim)
  • Multi-media big screen TV (no need to dim the lights ... ever!)

Beverage Service

  • Bottled Water or Soft Drinks: $1 each
  • Keurig Coffee or Tea: $1 each

We also can make fresh coffee for you: $10 per half gallon: will fill (8) 8 oz cups.

Note: it is OK for you to bring your own beverages.  Just no alcohol.

Catering and/or Food Delivery

If you would like to have food delivered and/or catering services provided, you are welcome to arrange those things yourself.
